HOW MRF BECAME THE BRAND OF TYRES?

Madras Rubber Factory is famously known as MRF Tyres in India and it is considered as No.1 tyre manufacturing company. It started in full swing in the year 1946 by K M Mammen Mappillai.
It started as a minor toy balloon item. In later years, around 1960 it started manufacturing of tyres. The company passed in into a new stage i.e. the technical relationship with Tire & Rubber Company of USA.

It created an overseas office at Beirut, Lebanon to setback the trade market. This was in the middle of a new start where India’s very first determination was on tyre exports. Then the company cooperated with International companies. The world’s leading toy producer launched Funskool in India. At the same time it moves into a deal with Australia regarding business matters.

Currently over 65 countries are buying MRF tyres including America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the other regions of  Pacific region. Presently it has it business spread to places like Dubai, Vietnam and Australia.

Tyres:

It is producing numerous tyres for customer cars, two–wheelers, trucks, buses, tractors, light profitable vehicles and off–the–road tyres. Presently Online MRF Tyres are also been sold.

ConveyorBelt up:

It is creating a big brand of conveyor belt up at one of the greatestprogressive state which facilities in India. Joining the contemporary industry, it process the beginning with mixing, calendaring and the manufacture of the finished products, all of which is used in–house, Muscleflex –conveyor belting has gained rapid acceptance in markets worldwide.
Pretreads:

It is the most innovative precured retreading system in India. MRF forayed into retreading as far back as 1970. Today, MRF has perfected the art of recurred retreading with its extensive knowledge in tyres and rubber.

MRF adores of itself as the one of the largest range of tyres in India and it has the highest brand preference for superior quality, appearance and ability. It manufactures the largest range of tyres in the world and is the market leader with the largest market share in almost every segment of the tyre industry.
